THE BASICS: RETURNS, EXCHANGES, ORDER PROCESSING, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

What's your return policy?

**SPECIAL FOR THE HOLIDAYS** Buying a holiday gift? Tell us in your notes when you place your order and we'll extend the free return/exchange period to 1/5/17. We also have gift cards!**

We want you to purchase with confidence so returns and your first exchange ship free!* Here's the really important part: Due to limited inventory you have 16 days from date of purchase to initiate a return or to make an exchange. Returns initiated after the 16 day window are eligible for store credit only. Free return and exchange shipping is not available for returns or exchanges made after the 16 day window. 

We allow ONE (1) free exchange shipment per order. If you would like to make additional exchanges you are responsible for shipping costs. 

Please understand we will not accept returns of worn, laundered, unclean, altered or otherwise damaged goods. Your refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment once we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Sample Sale orders are not eligible for refund. If inventory allows, you may exchange Sample Sale items but must pay for exchange shipping.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Fill out this form to get started. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.* If we do not have the item you'd like in stock and the exchange was initiated within 16 days of purchase we will refund your purchase. 

*Sample Sale orders are not eligible for refund or free exchange shipping. Customer must pay exchange shipping for Sample Sale exchanges.

How long does it take to process my order?

Unless stated otherwise on our website, all orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Weekend orders or orders placed on Fridays will be processed on Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet. If you're an international customer you can give a service like HopShopGo a try, though we are not affiliated with them in any way. We do not offer free return or exchange shipping on international orders.

FAVORITE MAKERS: OR, HOW DO I GET A FREE BANDANA FOR MY AWESOME FRIEND AND ME?

I know someone who would be an awesome Favorite Maker. How can I nominate them for an interview?

Hooray! Email us at info@thewillary.com or leave a message on the Contact Us page with a link to your Favorite Maker's work and let us know how she inspires you. If we choose your Favorite Maker to interview for the blog we'll send you both a bandana!

WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?

What? No free shipping?

Rather than inflate our prices to cover shipping costs, we charge you the real-time cost to ship to your location at check out. That said, we want you to experience a our products risk-free, so qualified return and exchange shipping is on us! Speaking of returns, make sure you read our policy here.

I've watched the fit and measurement videos and still don't know what size/style I am. What should I do?

Wait, no sales?

Our prices reflect the real cost of manufacturing, materials, product development and reinvestment into the company to keep growing. We don't bake in additional mark-ups and therefore cannot offer further discounts. Put another way, we don't sell a $5 garment for $75 then put it on sale a few weeks later for $25. Instead, we're transparent about the value and cost of our garments and price accordingly. 

However, we occasionally will sell development samples or imperfect garments at a reduced price. Unless noted otherwise, these products are all final sale.

I'm petite/tall/plus/other and don't see a size for me, what's up with that?

We hear you! Short version of an answer: we're working on it. 

Longer version: It took 2 years to develop the patterns for the pieces in our Core Collection. We're not content to just scale up or down depending on the new size category–instead we will develop new patterns and fits from scratch. Why? Because to create the most flattering style and the best fit for different size ranges we might need to re-think a silhouette or change a dart placement or two. We're just getting started and these developments will take time and resources. But really, we do hear you, and we are working on it.

Can I see/purchase/try on your products in person?

If you're in Philadelphia, yes! We're usually around the office between 10-6 Monday through Friday. Email us at info@thewillary.com if you're interested in coming by. 

We're also planning to take the show on the road with some pop-up stores in a few cities during the summer of 2016. Keep an eye on the newsletter for details and dates. 

How do I find out about restocks?

We post restock updates on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter and will send update news to our email list.
